L&K Engineering offers a wide variety of services depending on the client's needs such as:

Feasibility Study - Evaluate existing conditions of MEP systems on site, provide an analysis of the feasibility for re-use as well as cost-benefit, and provide recommendations for current code compliance.

Engineering & Design - Provided services for all phases of design including schematic design (SD), design development (DD), construction documents (CD), and construction administration (CA).

• Overall MEP system implementation for budgetary purposes, as well as space requirements in early design stages.
• Detailed drawings documenting all system requirements, components, and devices for bidding and construction purposes.
  
• Review of the installation of the MEP systems by the contractors to confirm accuracy and conformance with the drawings and specifications that were developed in the construction document phase.
  

Peer Review - Review of MEP drawings for conformance with the owner's project requirements, code compliance, and constructability. Peer reviews, depending on project size, are now required as part of the 2013 Title 24.

Sustainable Design/Documentation - Provide LEED, CHPS, and Savings-by-design implementation, coordination, and documentation.
